This Privacy Policy describes how Your Dream Reservation (“YDR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)—a brand of Czar Marketing Group LLC—collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about you when you visit yourdreamreservation.com, info.yourdreamreservation.com, and any related pages, landing pages, or services that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Site” and “Services”).
By using the Site, submitting a reservation or information request, or otherwise providing us your information, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit your information.
1. Who We Are
Your Dream Reservation offers discounted vacation packages, including timeshare promotional offers, to destinations across the United States. The entity responsible for the personal information collected through the Site is:

“Personal information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked to you.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us. When you complete a form, request a reservation, chat with us, or contact customer service, we may collect your first and last name, email address, telephone number(s), mailing address, your destination preferences, and any other information you choose to provide.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical and usage information, including your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, internet service provider, referring/exit pages, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).
Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from lead-generation partners, marketing partners, resorts, affiliated companies, and analytics or verification providers, which we may combine with information we already hold.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of personal information (such as Social Security numbers, government identifiers, or financial account numbers) through the Site's lead forms.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to your reservation requests, inquiries, and customer-service needs;
- contact you about vacation offers, promotions, and the products and services you requested (by phone, text/SMS, email, and other channels you've consented to—see Section 5);
- operate, maintain, personalize, and improve the Site and our marketing;
- run promotions, surveys, and other features;
- conduct analytics and measure the performance of our advertising;
- verify the consent you provide and maintain records of it;
- detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, and misuse; and
- comply with our legal obligations and enforce our terms and agreements.
4. Cookies, Tracking, and Advertising Technologies
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and deliver and measure advertising. These include, among others:
Analytics and performance tools that help us understand how the Site is used.
Advertising and retargeting pixels (for example, the Meta/Facebook pixel) that allow us and advertising partners to show you relevant ads on other platforms and measure their effectiveness. If you interact with our live-chat or other features, you may be added to retargeting audiences.
Lead-verification technology (for example, ActiveProspect TrustedForm) that documents your form submission and the consent you provide.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings; if you do, some parts of the Site may not function properly. Depending on your state, you may also opt out of certain advertising-related “sharing” or “sale” of your information—see Sections 7 and 8.
We do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, but we do honor recognized opt-out preference signals (such as Global Privacy Control) where required by law.
5. Calls, Texts, and Email — Your Communications Consent
Consent. When you submit your phone number through our forms, you agree that Your Dream Reservation, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective agents, representatives, and contractors may contact you with vacation-ownership and marketing offers by live calls, prerecorded or artificial-voice messages, ringless voicemail, SMS/text messages, and automated telephone dialing or text-messaging systems, at the number(s) you provide, even if that number is on a federal or state Do Not Call registry.
Your consent is not a condition of any purchase. You do not have to agree to receive these communications in order to buy any goods, services, or property.
Text messaging program. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message; for help, reply HELP or contact us at (702) 330-3292. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Email. If you opt in to our mailing list, you may receive company news, updates, and information about related products or services. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link; you may opt out at any time.
Mobile information and text-message consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This category of information is excluded from the “sharing” described in Section 6. We may still share mobile information with service providers strictly to help us deliver the messaging you requested.
6. How We Share Your Information
We may disclose your personal information in the following circumstances:
Service providers. With vendors and contractors who perform services for us—such as call-center, dialer, hosting, CRM, email/SMS delivery, analytics, payment, and verification providers—who are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
Affiliated companies. With our parents, subsidiaries, and affiliated brands, consistent with this Policy and the consent you provided (subject to the mobile-information exclusion in Section 5).
Resorts and fulfillment partners. With the resorts and partners necessary to fulfill, confirm, or service a vacation package you request or purchase.
Advertising partners. With advertising and analytics partners through cookies and pixels to deliver and measure ads. Under some state laws, these disclosures may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information; see Sections 7 and 8 for your opt-out rights.
Legal and safety. When we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, legal process, or a governmental request; to enforce our agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of YDR, our users, or others.
Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not knowingly share more information than necessary for the purposes described above.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on the state in which you reside, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:
- the right to know/access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you;
- the right to correct inaccurate personal information;
- the right to delete personal information we have collected from you;
- the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information and of targeted advertising;
- the right to data portability; and
- the right to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights.
How to exercise your rights. Submit a request by emailing info@czarmarketinggroup.com or writing to the address in Section 1. We will verify your request (typically by confirming information we already hold about you) before responding, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification.
California “Shine the Light.” California Civil Code § 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about the personal information we disclosed to third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes during the prior calendar year. 8. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Some advertising and analytics activities described in Section 4 may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, or “targeted advertising,” under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended) and similar state laws.
To opt out, you may: (a) email us at info@czarmarketinggroup.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share”; (b) adjust your cookie/advertising preferences in your browser; and (c) enable a recognized opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control. We honor these signals where required by law.
9. Nevada Residents
Under Nevada Revised Statutes § 603A.340, Nevada residents may submit a verified request directing us not to make any covered “sale” of certain personal information. Send your request to:

10. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy—including providing the Services you requested, maintaining records of your communications consent, and meeting our legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations—after which we delete or de-identify it. Records evidencing consent to be contacted may be retained for the period required to demonstrate compliance with applicable laws.
11. How We Protect Your Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including SSL/TLS encryption for data transmitted between your browser and the Site. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Children's Privacy
The Site and Services are intended for adults 18 and older and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
13. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites, resorts, or services that we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above and post the revised Policy on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
